1. What SellFinch is

SellFinch is a browser extension that displays estimated sales figures and analytics based on public Etsy data shown on the pages you view. It is a research aid, not a guarantee of results.

2. Estimates are for research only

All sales, revenue, and trend figures are estimates derived from public data and modeling. They are approximate, may be inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as financial, business, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

3. Accounts & plans

SellFinch offers a Free tier (a limited number of lookups), a Pro subscription ($14.99/month), and a one-time Lifetime plan ($499.99). Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

4. Billing & cancellation

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime is a single one-time payment for access to the then-current and future SellFinch features for the lifetime of the product.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SellFinch — including reselling or redistributing its data as your own product, attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent plan limits, scraping at a scale that burdens Etsy or our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Etsy

SellFinch uses public Etsy data and the Etsy API but is not affiliated with, endorsed, or certified by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. You are responsible for complying with Etsy’s own terms when using Etsy.

7. No warranty

SellFinch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Made It Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business decisions made in reliance on SellFinch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service from time to time; the “last updated” date will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
